When using, the Q2 air filter should be turned on, filled with oil, plugged in the power supply, and the quick connector should be placed on the quick head of the hydraulic equipment. Press the power switch, wait for the motor to rotate for 1-2 minutes, and place the reversing valve in the direction of the oil outlet. At this time, the output hydraulic oil will perform various tasks, and the output hydraulic oil will increase in pressure according to the load pressure until it reaches 63MPA.
After the work is completed, place the directional valve in the empty position and wait for the hydraulic oil to return before starting work
2、 Precautions for maintenance of electric hydraulic oil pump:
1. Please use 32 # hydraulic oil for the oil pump.
2. The oil storage capacity must be within the range of the fuel gauge and should be filled as much as possible.
3. The working oil temperature ranges from 10 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius.
4. Before starting the electric pump, the reversing valve should be placed in the center position to make the hydraulic pump unloaded and in the unloading position.
5. If the motor temperature is found to be too high during use, it should be stopped. Cool it down before use.
6. The pump has been adjusted before leaving the factory and cannot be raised arbitrarily. When it needs to be readjusted, a pressure gauge must be used.
Types of electric pumps
The output flow rate that can be adjusted according to needs is called a variable pump, and the flow rate that cannot be adjusted is called a quantitative pump. There are three commonly used pumps in hydraulic systems: gear pumps, vane pumps, and plunger pumps.
Gear pump: Small in size, simple in structure, not strict in oil cleanliness requirements, and relatively cheap in price; But the pump shaft is subjected to unbalanced force, severe wear, and significant leakage.
Vane pumps: divided into double acting vane pumps and single acting vane pumps. This type of pump has uniform flow rate, smooth operation, low noise, higher working pressure and volumetric efficiency than gear pumps, and a more complex structure than gear pumps. Piston pump: high volumetric efficiency, small leakage, can work under high pressure, mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems; But the structure is complex, the requirements for materials and processing accuracy are high, the price is expensive, and the cleanliness of the oil is high. Piston pumps are generally used when gear pumps and vane pumps cannot meet the requirements. There are also some other forms of hydraulic pumps, such as screw pumps, but their applications are not as common as the three mentioned above.
Piston pump: Domestic piston pumps can also meet the needs of domestic customers with a pressure of up to 80MPA, but the price is cheaper than imported ones, and the quality and performance are not a problem.
