Safety operation rules for high-pressure electric pumps

source:本站 time:2024-08-28 Number of views:2

High voltage electric pumps are mainly used for the reinforcement of weak foundations such as buildings, high-speed railways, highways, and underground railways, as well as for the treatment of uneven settlement in old buildings, retaining walls, and other aspects. This type of high-pressure electric pump can be seen in many construction sites. What are the safety operating rules for high-pressure electric pumps?

1. Check if the gearbox oil tank, high-pressure electric pump oil level, and emulsion tank water level are at the specified levels.

2. Strictly monitor and control the instruments and water level indicator lights to ensure they are functioning properly. If a false water level occurs, immediate measures should be taken.

3. Check all parts of the water pump, including valves, solenoid valves, and pipelines, to ensure they are in good condition and free from water, air, or oil leaks. Also, check if the electrical neutral (ground) wire is secure and reliable, and if the communication signal with the hydraulic press is correct and reliable. When opening and closing the valve, stand on the side of the valve stem and rotate slowly.

4. If overpressure is detected, immediately unplug the pressure plug and cut off the main power supply. After the water level drops to normal, notify the hydraulic press to stop working. Work can only continue after repairs have returned to normal.

5. Check whether the safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge, and liquid level indicator are sensitive and correct; Pressure gauges and safety valves should be calibrated once a year, and safety valves should undergo regular exhaust tests to prevent valve core adhesion and valve hole blockage.

6. Check the water storage tank, air valve, and air pipe for leaks with soapy water and repair them in a timely manner.

7. Do not strike equipment, valves, pipelines, etc. that are under pressure. When disassembling, repairing, and adjusting, the power must be cut off before work can begin.

8. When inflating the water storage tank, stop the operation of the ultra-high pressure electric pump.
