The motor of the ultra-high pressure hydraulic manual pump is running normally, but the water output is low or not at all. In this situation, the sealing of the water pump should be checked first. During the inspection, the power plug should be unplugged, the suction port should be blocked by hand, the water pump should be filled with water, and the outlet should be held with the mouth to blow air vigorously. Observe whether the manual hydraulic pump head leaks water, and the leakage point is the damaged seal.


If there is no phenomenon of full water, it is mostly due to damage to the impeller, corrosion and wear of the water blocking inner wall between the suction chamber and the discharge chamber, flattening of the pump head water blocking wall, and increased gap between the impeller and the pump casing. The impeller and pump casing should be replaced. When replacing the impeller, attention should be paid to thoroughly removing the residual copper blades inside the pump to avoid damaging the new impeller again.


Ultra high pressure hydraulic manual pump converts the mechanical energy of power machines (such as electric motors and internal combustion engines) into the pressure energy of liquids. When the manual hydraulic pump is working, the cam is driven to rotate by the electric motor. When the cam pushes the plunger upwards, the sealing volume formed between the plunger and the cylinder decreases, and the oil is squeezed out of the sealing volume and discharged to the required place through the one-way valve.


When the cam rotates to the descending part of the curve, the spring forces the plunger downwards, forming a certain degree of vacuum, and the oil in the tank enters the sealed volume under the action of atmospheric pressure. The cam continuously lifts and lowers the plunger, causing the sealing volume to periodically decrease and increase, and the pump continuously absorbs and discharges oil.


The ultra-high pressure hydraulic manual pump is equipped with an energy storage mechanism to ensure stable pressure. The specially designed oil tank cover can achieve oil tank sealing, leak prevention, and breathability to balance the pressure inside and outside the oil tank. The oil tank sealing ring acts like a safety valve to prevent oil tank overpressure.
